Metal and design for allQuality is our motto
Our creations are made in Poland, in Warsaw, from scratch to assembly. It is important for us to master the design and production process in order to reach the quality level we set.
For clocks, since the beginning of the project, we selected reliable and quality quartz movements manufactured in Germany instead of cheaper ones made in Asia. Indeed, our UTS quartz movement fullfill our requirements in term of precision which complies with DIN 8325 and a precision less than 1 second per day.
Another key point is that these movements are completely inaudible and well suited for rooms where silence is a requirement.
The icing on the cake is that UTS movements are installed using a design fastening system which fully integrates with the aesthetic of our clock dials compare to disgracious fixation nuts used for common clock production.
Our movements are warranted 3 years.
Colour is applied using a powder coating paint, an electrostatic spreading process of colored pigments ended with their fixation in a furnace.
Wall ornaments and other home decorations are manufactured using the same specifications.
Hanging is mainly performed using welded hooks and stabilizators located on the back side.
From an idea to object
Our laser cut creations draw inspiration in many thematics and aspects of life. Also ideas and subjects supplied by customers are taken into account for customized decorations.
The overall process of laser design and fabrication is performed from scratch up to the elaboration of the final proprietary formatted file which will be transmitted to the laser cutting machine. This process requires a good knowledge of constraints involved by metal laser cutting such as time machine, sections, shapes, technical limitations and further issues relating to laser metal works.
Wall clocks, metal ornaments and customized decorations are created using geo or dxf formatted files for Trumpf laser cutting machines.
Depending on subjects and needs, delicate and precise shapes can be designed and cut within complex decorative patterns. Various sizes are proposed.
